Thawing Instructions:

Remove fillets from vacuum wrap, place in a plastic bag, and refrigerate until thawed.


Cooking Instructions:

 

  • Pan Fry: Fill a large pan with 2–3 inches vegetable oil, heat over medium-high. Rinse fillets, pat dry, dredge in seasoned cornmeal mixture (cornmeal, seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper), cook 3 minutes per side until golden.

  • Oven: Preheat to 200°F if keeping warm after frying.

 

Storage: Keep frozen until used; thaw under refrigeration immediately before use.
